How to find the Highlands Centre for Healing
We are a rural property, and mapping apps can occasionally misplace the entrance.
Use your GPS to get close, then use the entrance photo on this page as your final reference.
Before you leave
- Enter the address exactly as written: 674 Nowra Road, Moss Vale NSW 2577
- Allow a little extra time for country roads, changing speed zones, and wildlife.
- Mobile reception can vary in patches. If you rely on your phone for navigation, consider downloading offline maps before you drive.
What to look for at the entrance
As you approach 674 Nowra Road, slow down and look for:
- A gravel driveway leading off Nowra Road
- Post-and-rail fencing along the entry
- A farm-style gate (as shown in the photo)
- ‘Highlands Centre For Healing’ banners on the fence near the gate
If you think you have arrived but it does not match the entrance photo, trust what you see and keep going until it does.
Arriving on site
- Please drive slowly once you turn into the driveway.
- We ask that you are respectful of our 10km/h speed limit, and start your journey here at HCFH by slowing down and relaxing as you drive towards The Stables (signed)
Driving directions
From Bowral
- Drive toward Moss Vale.
- Continue through Moss Vale and follow signs for the Illawarra Highway (A48) toward Robertson / Nowra.
- Take the right hand turn onto Nowra Road.
We are 6.74kms from the junction of Illawarra Highway and Nowra Road - Stay on Nowra Road and watch for number 674 and the entrance shown in the photo. The driveway is on the right hand side, opposite ‘Daisy Hill’.
From Sydney
- Take the M31 Hume Motorway south toward the Southern Highlands.
- Take the exit for Moss Vale and follow signs to Illawarra Highway (A48) / Robertson / Nowra.
- Take the right hand turn onto Nowra Road.
- Continue along Nowra Road until you reach 674 Nowra Road, which will be on the right hand side and is opposite ‘Daisy Hill’. Slow down as you approach, and use the entrance photo to confirm the correct driveway.
From Canberra
- Take the M31 Hume Motorway north toward the Southern Highlands.
- Take the exit for Moss Vale and follow signs to Illawarra Highway (A48) / Robertson / Nowra.
- Take the right hand turn onto Nowra Road.
- Continue along Nowra Road until you reach 674 Nowra Road, which will be on the right hand side and is opposite ‘Daisy Hill’. Slow down as you approach, and use the entrance photo to confirm the correct driveway.
From Wollongong
You have two common options.
Option 1: Via Robertson (scenic, winding in parts)
- Head toward Robertson (often via Macquarie Pass).
- Join the Illawarra Highway (A48) toward Moss Vale.
- Take the right hand turn onto Nowra Road.
- Continue along Nowra Road until you reach 674 Nowra Road, which will be on the right hand side and is opposite ‘Daisy Hill’.Use the entrance photo to confirm the correct driveway.
Option 2: Via the Hume Motorway (often simpler, depending on traffic)
- Connect to the M31 Hume Motorway.
- Follow the Sydney directions above from the Moss Vale exit.
If your GPS takes you to the wrong place. This can happen in rural areas. If you are unsure:
- Check that you are on Nowra Road.
- We are 6.74kms from the junction of Illawarra Highway and Nowra Road
- Look for number 674.
Use the entrance photo as the final confirmation.
