There are times when we find ourselves feeling more alone than we’d like.
Perhaps after the loss of a loved one, or a change in relationship. Maybe you’re travelling alone, or simply experiencing a season where companionship feels scarce.
If that’s you, you’re warmly invited to join us.
We intend offerig these gatherings quarterly, and more often if the community would like it.

On Tues Feb 10th, 2026, we’ll be gathering in Berry, NSW, for a social lunch.
It will be an alcohol-free occasion, focussed on conversation and gentle connection.
This time is a little different to the last one, as we will be meeting off site. Future occasions may be on site at Highlands Centre For Healing, or off site at venues no more than an hour away. When at ‘headquarters’ we’ll happily include time with the therapy herd, who are gentle, kind, wise, and very experienced at holding space for people from all walks of life.

COST: $ whatever you choose from the menu! Everyone pays their own way this time.
AGE: 16yo+

Soo has been passionate about helping others for a long time. A trauma-trained somatic & Reiki practitioner, Soo is compassionate, intuitive, grounded, and a Master at holding space for others.
Matriach of her Therapy Horse herd, Custodian of the property located on Gundungurra land and intuitively aware of the need for kindness and a world guided by love.
