The Afternoon ~ Description
Heaven & Horses is a heart-opening afternoon of Spirit connection, healing with horses and soul nourishment, held at the beautiful Highlands Centre for Healing in Moss Vale – just 1.5 hours drive south of Sydney.
Join Medium Tracie Allan (pictured right) and horse sanctuary owner Soo Woods for a gentle, three-hour interactive experience, connecting with your loved ones in Spirit, your own intuitive awareness, and the healing presence of horses.
Through guided meditation, simple mediumship exercises, and time in the paddock with the herd, you’ll be invited to slow down, open your heart and reconnect beyond the busyness of everyday life.
The afternoon includes nourishing homemade afternoon tea and loving messages from your loved ones Spirit. You’ll leave feeling inspired, grounded and deeply touched by nature and Spirit.
No experience necessary, just come as you are.
Let’s talk
The afternoon will flow in three parts:
Introduction to Mediumship
Through guided meditation and simple exercises, you’ll learn how to open your intuition and trust the messages you receive.
Healing with the Horses
Experience the gentle healing energy of the horses as you walk quietly in the paddock with the herd and guided by Matriarch Soo.
Afternoon Tea & Spirit Messages
Enjoy a nourishing homemade afternoon tea, followed by messages from loved ones in Spirit, shared by Medium Tracie Allan.
What You Need To Know
There’s plenty of parking onsite.
What to bring:
- A smile and an open heart.
- A hat and sunscreen if it’s sunny.
- Water bottle.
- Jacket incase it gets cool in the afternoon and raincoat if it’s raining.
- Closed in shoes for walking in the paddock with the horses.
- Wear comfortable clothing.

TRACIE
Medium & Clairvoyant
I have developed my mediumship over the past 15 years by training with some of the best mediums in the world both here in Australia and in the UK. I’m also a trained Platform Medium where I do readings in front of an audience at various venues around Sydney & more recently on Zoom.
It’s an honour and privilege to connect people with their loved ones in spirit and bring through messages of love and hope. It’s so special and can help us heal and find comfort through the grieving process.

Therapist, Healer & Reiki Practitioner
Soo has been passionate about helping others for a long time. A trauma-trained somatic & Reiki practitioner, Soo is compassionate, intuitive, grounded, and a Master at holding space for others.
