Guided by three skilled practitioners – Soo, Kath & Libby – each bringing their own mastery in the art of vibrational healing.
🪘DRUMMING CIRCLE
Awaken your soul with the primal rhythm of the drum. Feel alive as you connect with your own inner heartbeat, and experience the grounding, invigorating power of communal drumming.
🐎TWO SESSIONS WITH THE THERAPY HERD
Not one, but two sessions with our incredible therapy herd. Discover calm, emotional regulation and heart coherence as they horses gently guide you into the present moment. Be curious to the unexpected teachings and releases they may offer.
🔔SOUND BATH
A Sound Journey is an immersive, full-body listening experience where intentional sounds and frequencies – created by instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums and voice – gently guide the mind and body into deep relaxation and a dreamlike state. By slowing brain waves and inviting us to unplug from external stimuli, this practice nurtures the mind, body and soul, encouraging deep rest, restoration, and the body’s natural self-healing processes.
Together we’ll explore new levels of wellness, cultivating an experience infused with harmony, resonance and balance.
Albert Einstein said that “future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies.”
Nikola Tesla is famously quoted as saying, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”
We are beings of energy. Everything in us vibrates. Every cell, organ, thought. When our energetic balance is disrupted, it can lead to stress, inflammation and dis-ease. Vibrational healing helps the body return to its natural state of coherence.
When exposed to specific frequencies and vibrations, our cells begin to oscillate in harmony, promoting a state of coherence and balance within the body. Activating the body’s relaxation response and reducing levels of stress hormones like cortisol will promote feelings of calm, tranquillity and inner peace.
✨The first beat we hear is our mother’s heart beat. Drumming connects us to ancient rhythms, stirring vitality and releasing what no longer serves us.
✨Sound frequencies influence us physically, psychologically and energetically. Sound has the power to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, evoke and release emotions stored within the body.
✨Horses are masters at bringing us into the present moment, co-regulating us and guiding us toward heart coherence.
By activating the body’s relaxation response and reducing stress hormones, we create space for emotional release, clarity and inner peace.

Drumming Circles
Kath fell in love with drums 7 years ago when she discovered shamanic medicine drums at a women’s gathering. She made her own drum shortly afterwards and is now a drum fanatic. She holds regular drumming circles using African djembes, runs drum-making workshops, uses frame drums for meditation, plays the timpani drums in an orchestra, and is learning to play a drumkit. She loves the sense of joy and community that comes naturally when people play drums together.
