About this Workshop
THIS DAY IS FOR YOU:
- if you live with intense emotional distress, regularly feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, stuck & unmotivated, or
- sometimes feel completely out of control, or
- have physical pain or health challenges, or
- are driven by repetitive coping mechanisms – food, shopping, alcohol, busy-ness, social media …
Are you ready to take that next step towards greater health and well-being on all levels (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual)?
We invite you to come and learn a simple healing modality you can use at home, including for kids and animals.
Join Soo and the horses for this exciting day in which you will:
- learn about emotions, trauma and how we are affected by our past
- practice releasing trapped emotions using The Emotion Code
- spend two sessions deeply connecting with the Healing Centre’s herd of therapy horses
- leave with effective tools to positively transform your relationship with yourself – and help your loved ones
